Our promise: Scholarship in China — or your money back.
1. What you pay - Scholarship Standard: $1,390 (1 university). - Scholarship Premium: $2,490 (3 universities). The service fee is paid in full before we start working on your application. University application fees (usually about $55, up to about $85 per university) are paid separately. We tell you the exact amount before you pay. These fees go directly to the universities.
2. Before you pay We check your documents for free and tell you honestly what your scholarship chances are. We only accept students who have a real chance. If your documents are too weak, we will tell you and will not take your payment. By paying, you confirm that you have the required documents, that all information you gave us is true, and that you have read this Refund Policy.
3. What counts as a scholarship A scholarship means any scholarship offer from a university, a provincial government or the Chinese Government (CSC) — full or partial. This includes a partial scholarship, a tuition discount or tuition waiver, and any scholarship that covers only part of your costs. Once you receive any such offer, our work is complete, even if you decide not to accept it.
4. Your choice at the start When you apply, you choose one option: - Scholarship only: we apply only for scholarships. If you don't receive any scholarship offer, we do not accept a self-funded place for you, and you get your service fee back in full. - Scholarship or self-funded: if you don't receive a scholarship offer but are offered a self-funded place, you decide. If you accept the self-funded place, there is no refund. If you decline it, you get your service fee back in full. You can change your choice until we submit your applications. After submission, your choice cannot be changed.
5. When you get a full refund You get your service fee back in full only if all of these are true: - you did not receive any scholarship offer, full or partial; - you did not accept a self-funded place; - you sent all required documents on time and took any required exams; - none of the situations in section 7 apply.
6. What is never refundable University application fees and exam fees (for example the CSCA exam) are kept by the universities and exam organizers, so we cannot refund them.
7. When a refund is not possible - You received any scholarship offer, full or partial (including a tuition discount or waiver), even if you decided not to accept it. - You accepted a self-funded place. - You decide to stop the process at any stage after payment, for any reason. - You did not have the required documents, for example you have not finished your current studies and cannot provide a diploma or an official graduation certificate by the deadline. - You gave us false, incomplete or forged documents or information, or hid a previous rejection or a problem with your documents. - You did not send the documents we asked for, or did not reply for more than 14 days, so we could not apply on time. - You did not take or did not pass the CSCA exam or another exam required by the university. - A university rejected you because of something you did, for example missing an interview or not answering the university. - You applied to the same university or scholarship yourself or through another agency at the same time. - A scholarship or admission was cancelled later because of something you did, for example false documents, not arriving on time, or breaking university rules. - Your visa was refused. Visa decisions are made by the Chinese embassy or consulate, not by universities or by us.
8. How to request a refund Email [MY EMAIL] within 30 days after the final results of all your applications, with your name and the email you used to apply. We check your case and send the refund within [14] days to the same payment method and the same person who paid. Requests made after 30 days are not accepted.
9. Starting work and your right of withdrawal When you pay, you ask us to start working on your application immediately. Once we have started working on your application, you lose any right to cancel and get your money back, except as described in this Refund Policy.
10. Payment disputes If you have a problem, please contact us first at [MY EMAIL] — we will always try to solve it. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback for a service we have provided under this policy, we will share your signed agreement, your application records and our correspondence with your bank or payment provider.
11. Important Universities and scholarship bodies make the final decision. We cannot control their decision, which is why we refund your service fee if you receive no scholarship offer, as described above.
